Established in 2023, Estival (Thailand) Co.,Ltd is the fourth manufacturing plant invested globally by Taizhou Huali New Materials Co.,Ltd, which is one of the leading manufacturers of resilient flooring in the world.

The registered capital of the new site is USD 20,000,000, and total investment volume is USD 150,000,000. After a year and a half of construction,the new plant has been put into operation with about 300 staff in September of 2024. There are 12 SPC extrusion lines, 12 WPC extrusion lines, 2 LVT extrusion lines, 1 co-extrusion line, 16 hot press machines, 4 UV coating lines, 4 large sheets back adhesive lines, 5 profiling connecting lines, 2 small sheets back adhesive lines, 1 edge grinding line, 2 automatic packing line and 2 edge coating lines.

Due to the free zone, Imported raw materials and exported finished flooring are guaranteed in terms of customs clearance speed. The production capacity at the moment is 400 containers per month, and 600 containers per month till this June. Our target is to increase to 1000 containers per month by the end of 2025.
