Please provide digital copy of suitable laminate colour options. Internals Kitchen, Laundry, Butlers, WIR to be discussed further in detail, please provide options for consideration if possible. Fabric for Cushions TBA. Cushions will include piping. If you have some options for consideration, please advise. Filler Panels for installation at walls? To be discussed to assist with the installation works, for procurement prior to site measure. We will confirm sizes if any changes to details provided. Wall frames to be erected in the next 2 weeks. Check dimensions of all appliances and clearances, prior to issue of shop drawings for fabrication. We will review and confirm requirements as applicable. Propose any cost savings if possible, for our consideration. Stone tops supply and installation by Builder - no need to allow for in pricing. We will however consider options if available at a later date. Lights supply and installation by Builder. Appliance’s supply and installation by Builder. Knobs and handles to all joinery will be drilled and installed by Builder post installation of joinery. Allow Extra Over for supply only. See kitchen drawing for proposed door handles. Allow for the supply of 128mm x 130 pieces. Or if cannot source provide a similar alternative for review and approval. Pricing to be itemised and items may be excluded from final scope on review of final pricing. Can you advise how your products are packaged for transport to Sydney? Do all cupboards require assembly once delivered? Please advise. Can you advise on delivery / shipping charges?
