My name is Omar Hussain. We are looking for a long-term supplier of flooring and matching accessories for import into the UK under our own brand. Could you please put me in touch with the person responsible for UK export sales and private-label orders? We are interested in the following ranges: Laminate flooring in AC3, AC4, AC5 and AC6, where available. Please include thicknesses, plank sizes, finishes and any water-resistant options. Luxury vinyl tiles (LVT) in click and glue-down formats. Please include total thickness, wear-layer thickness and residential or commercial use classifications. SPC rigid-core flooring in click format. Please include total thickness, wear-layer thickness and options with and without attached underlay. Underlay and matching accessories, including suitable acoustic and moisture-barrier underlay, colour-matched scotia and beading, door threshold bars, T-bars, reducers, end profiles and stair nosings. Please confirm which accessories are available in the same dcor as each flooring range. We would like our own branding printed on the retail cartons for the flooring, underlay and accessories. Please confirm your packaging options, artwork requirements, minimum quantities and any setup costs. We would also like to approve a packaging proof before production. Please send your latest catalogue, available dcor samples and a quotation showing: FOB prices at your usual Chinese export port, per m² for flooring and per roll or unit for accessories. Minimum order quantities by product, dcor and packaging design, including whether we can mix flooring ranges and accessories in one container. Typical loading quantities for 40ft containers, including total m² and gross weight. Sample costs, production lead times, payment terms, warranties and available UK-market compliance documents and test reports. If any of these products are handled by a separate division or supply partner, please introduce us to the relevant contact so we can explore consolidating the flooring and accessories into one shipment.
