Description:
We request quotations for “Waterfall Workstation Kitchen Sinks” similar to the reference photos we will attach to this requirement (we will upload multiple photos of the exact styles/models we like). Please confirm which of your models match each reference photo. Also, please share your latest full catalog (PDF/website link) of kitchen sinks and any brochures/series for workstation & waterfall sinks, because we may select additional models outside the attached references. Target specifications (good quality + commercial cost): 1) Size: approx. >=780 x 450 mm +- 2) Material (PREFERENCE): SUS304 / AISI 304 stainless steel (preferred for quality and corrosion resistance). - Optional upgrade: SUS316 / AISI 316 (quote separately if price difference is reasonable). - If you offer SUS201, quote it ONLY as a separate low-cost alternative (not preferred). 3) Steel thickness: - Preferred: 1.2 mm (18 gauge) as the best balance between quality and cost. - Upgrade option: 1.5–1.6 mm (16 gauge) quote separately if available. 4) Finish: nano coating, anti-scratch & anti-fingerprint preferred. (Black Satin, Silver Satin, Gold) 5) Type: Single and double bowl workstation sink WITH integrated waterfall outlet(s) + accessory rails/ledge system. 6) Installation: specify topmount / undermount / flushmount options. STANDARD PACKAGE MUST INCLUDE (complete set): - Full drain set: basket strainer + drain assembly + tailpipe/downpipe (and overflow if applicable). - Sound-deadening pads + anti-condensation coating. - Full workstation accessory kit for this model: Pull-out kitchen faucet + sliding cutting board + colander/basket + drying rack/roll-up rack (and any standard accessories you include) + mounting accessories (if needed). - Waterfall function included as part of the sink system (confirm number of outlets). Please QUOTE OPTIONAL ITEMS (if available): - Cup washer / glass rinser (integrated). - Soap dispenser. - Digital display (water temperature/flow) if available. Quotation requirements: - Unit price tiers for 50/ 100 / 200 / 300 pcs (complete set price, and option prices separated). - MOQ per model + sample availability (sample cost + shipping). - Lead time for samples and mass production. - Warranty terms and spare parts availability (faucet, drain, display, etc.). - Export packaging: strong carton + foam, 1 pc/ctn. Provide carton size and gross weight. - OEM/ODM: ability to add our logo on sink and/or packaging. - Incoterm: FOB China port (please state the port). Provide standard payment terms. Note: We need availability for ALL three finishes (Black / Satin Silver / Gold) for the same model or very similar models.
