Commercial dishwashing and sanitizing equipment Product Requirements:
1. The product shall be made of stainless steel (AISI 304) and fully comply with hygiene and sanitary standards.
The main components of the spray arms shall be made of AISI 321 stainless steel.
2.The washing cycles shall be selectable at 2–3 minutes (2, 3, or 5 minutes), with a capacity to wash up to 400 pieces of tableware per hour.
3.The machine shall be equipped with water leakage protection.
All metal parts and housing that come into contact with water shall be made of stainless steel.
4.The machine shall be capable of washing and sanitizing tableware at temperatures above 70°C to effectively eliminate bacteria.
Electrical specifications: 220V, 50Hz, power consumption 3.6 kW.
Washing temperature: 55°C; rinsing temperature: 85°C.
5.The machine shall include the following programs: Automatic, Gentle, Eco, Express, Intensive, Quick, and Self-cleaning modes.
6.The machine shall be equipped with an electronic control panel capable of filling the tank with water, maintaining the water level, and continuously monitoring the water temperature.
7.The product shall have a warranty period of 1 year.
