I will be building a home for a friend of mine.. Maybe using light weight steel.. Need to investigate the possibility from a good quality China manufacturers.. To supply everything relating to the structure of the home.. Total 120m2..75 lower level, 35 first floor.
Might use solar energy as well as quality underfloor heating..
