All 3 floors are pretty much the same. The AC units are separate for each floor
I am thinking a 5 ton system with air handlers as follows.
3 Small bedrooms/study 6,000 BTU
2 Larger bedrooms 12,000 BTUs
Living / Dining 15,000 BTU
Kitchen (optional) 12,000 BTU
