tempered glass sheet is transparent and tough. The glass is melted at high temperature and cooled rapidly to increase its strength. tempered glass sheets can be used in many ways to make the whole place look neat, clean and transparent.
Tempered glass sheet is made by cutting ordinary annealed glass into required size, then heating it to about 700 degrees near the softening point, and then cooling it rapidly and evenly (usually 5-6MM glass is heated for 240 seconds at 700 degrees and cooled for about 150 seconds). 8-10MM glass is heated at 700 degrees for about 500 seconds and cooled for about 300 seconds. In short, according to the thickness of glass, the choice of heating and cooling time is also different.
