Dexin is a professional aluminum ladder factory engaged inproducing ladders for more than 5 years. We mainly produce step ladders, step stools and portable scaffoldings. Our factory passed Chinese ladder safety regulations (GB12142:2007-Portable Safety Regulations on Metal Ladders), and most of our aluminum ladders and stools are approved by European standards of EN131 and CE/EN14183. So our products can be trustable for customers in Europe, especially in northern European countries.

• How about your prices

We strongly recommend customers should pay due attention to the quality of the ladders. Higher quality means high fabricating costs. So try to avoid buying cheap ladders with poor quality and no safety approvals, as that would cause a very dangerous to the users. Anyway, prices listed online are for reference only. Be sure for final confirmation before placing any order

• What is your MOQ

We require purchased quantities for each model should be 50 piece or more for the shipment of LCL, but customers generally choose different models to mix them in FCL. We accept OEM, ODM and OBM service.

• What is Sample Policy

We supply samples for all our products subject to fees prepaid. The sample fees shall be deducted from buyers' FCL/LCL order after the sample(s) dispatched in 6 month. Sample(s) delivery are usually carried out in 10 days for our existing products after order confirmed.

•  What are your Payment terms and delivery time 

- Payment preferred by T/T and L/C, but payment through Alibaba, Paypal, and other online terms are also acceptable. For LCL order, payment is 100% required after order confirmed while 30% advance needed for FCL order. 

- Delivery time is generally in 30days for our existing models. For the products needed new design and new moulding, delivery shall be negotiable.

• What are your warranty

We guarantee all the products are designed and produced strictly according to the safety regulations. Users are required to use and maintain the products as per instructions adhered. Safety first, so Never use the ladders overloaded.

• Do you supply ladder parts.

Generally Aluminum ladders don't carry any parts, but we usually add some ladder  covers to the shipment according to the purchased models and quantities.
