1. What is your MOQ?
MOQ is 100 pieces ;
2. Can I mix items in one container?
Generally we try to satisfy all request from clients, you can mix 5 items. If you want mix more, pls allow us to check it again.
3. Do you need sample fee?
For sample ,we usually charge 2 times price,and the port charges should be paid by buyer. But don’t worry,we will return the price for sample when buyer place order.
4. What are the payment terms?
A.TT.30% in advance for deposit, then we arrange mass production, you can pay 70% balance against the copy of B/L.
B. L/C AT SIGHT
For new design items, we need TT30% deposit, and we arrange mass production, then 70%L/C at sight.
For old version, we accept 100% L/C at sight.
5. How to delivery?
Our main loading port is Xiamen port.
6. What's your lead time or delivery time?
We complete a 40' HQ container after received deposit 30-45 days, a 20' GP container within 25 -35 days.
7. Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a factory.
8. Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
Our factory is located in Xiamen city, Fujian province, China. Just need an hour's drive to our factory from Xiamen Airport. All of our clients, from home or abroad, we are warmly welcome to visit us.
