FAQ
1. Q: Are you factory or tarade company?
A: We are lighting factory in guzhen for 13 years.
2. Q: What’s your products quality?
A: We use the high quality material and technology, including lampshade, crystal, metal and electroplating etc. 100% of the PRODUCTS will be tested and keep lighting to test its quality reliability, from raw material to half assembling until finishing products. Each product should pass all these QC procedures before shipping to customer.
3. Q: What shipping method do you use?
A: a. By Express: such as DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, EMS etc. The dispatch time is about 5-10 days
b. Air Freight: when your order more than 100kgs which will be more economical than express.
c. Sea Freight: we will update sea freight once we know your sea port where goods will be delivered.
d. Agent designated by client: please tell us the contact detail of your shipping agent and we will arrange the delivery to them.
4. Q:Is it OK to print my logo on carton?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
5. Q: Do you accept OEM or custome design?
A: yes, we accept. We can provide CAD drawing for project order for free.
6. Q: Do you have "after-sales" service?
A:Yes,we do. We can provide spare part for your order. Products can be 2 years warranty. If there's any small problem during the warranty period, we can provide spare part for free to you.
7. Q: When's the delivery time?
A: Samples order: 3-7days, regular order: 15-25days, 20FT: 25-30days, 40FT: 35-45days.
8. Q:How much the transportation freight of samples?
A:The freight depends on the weight and packing size, as well as your area.
9,Are the lamps include the bulbs?
A: Normally not include the light blub, only led light include blub.
