3.4 According to the reason, newest relace parts will send to buyer or in case of next order will be deducted from Commercial Invoice.

1) All are packed in clear bags with installation kits. 

2)Lamps are embedded with fixed shape polystyrene foam tightly , 720 degrees are protected by foam. 

3)Then shipped in durable white carton box.

*If quantity reach 1000 pcs, color boxes is available with customized design.

Shipping way:

1) 4-6 days by Express for sample

2) 15-25 days by sea (also based on destination country and sea port)

A: Just providing us your photo,and more designs are provided too. Customized production can be done. And we will launch new designs twice in one year.

A: Yes. The maximum height is 1200mm. If you want to lengthen the drop, can let us know.

Q3: Would we be able to dim these light? 

A: Yes. Please let us know when you inquiry this light fixture. 

Q4: Can you do our required color? such as gold

A:  Kindly send us the color pantone, most can be done according to the process.

Q5:What's your warranty? 

A: Warranty is 3 years commonly, some models have 5 years.

Q6: The power is 54 watt for your lamp. But I need 50 watt, can you support?
