The PVC laminated gypsum ceiling board is an integrated finished ceiling board and modular paint-free decorative board produced by our company. Adopting high-density building gypsum as the base material, it is integrally formed with waterproof PVC color film laminated on the board surface under high temperature. It requires no secondary painting decoration, featuring easy installation, versatile appearance, stain resistance and moisture proof performance. Complying with national building material standard GB/T 9775, it is a mainstream preferred board for large-area ceiling projects and clean space ceilings in residential and commercial decoration fields.
The board base is pressed with high-density refined building gypsum mixed with toughened anti-crack fiber, featuring compact texture, no powder falling and strong fracture resistance. The board surface is hot-bonded with thick closed PVC laminated film, which has strong adhesion, no peeling, no fading and scratch resistance. Precise right-angle snap edges are processed on board edges for tight splicing with neat gaps, suitable for snap-fit assembly with keels. Produced by full-automatic integrated laminating production lines, the finished board has flat surface, complete color options and standard size, with better comprehensive moisture-proof and antifouling performance than ordinary paper-faced gypsum boards.
Standard Size: 595mm×595mm, 600mm×600mm; Common Thickness: 7mm, 8mm, 9mm. Various colors including solid color, wood grain and printed pattern are available, and customized non-standard sizes are supported for engineering orders. Lightweight and easy to cut, the board adopts dry-type snap assembly, which can be installed quickly with baked paint keels to greatly shorten the construction period.
1. Moisture-proof, Antifouling & Easy Maintenance: The closed surface PVC film isolates water and oil with ultra-low water absorption rate. Adaptable to high-humidity and oil-fume environments, surface water stains and oil dirt can be wiped directly with wet cloth, resisting mildew and yellowing, ideal for humid kitchen and bathroom spaces;
2. Eco-friendly & Fire Retardant: The gypsum base reaches Class A fireproof grade, high temperature resistant and non-flammable. The board is formaldehyde-free with no peculiar smell volatilization, and its porous structure delivers sound absorption effect, safe for home and office use;
3. Stable & Durable Structure: With sufficient toughness and qualified nail holding power, it is not easy to warp, deform or crack under alternating dry and wet temperature conditions. The oxidation-resistant and aging-resistant laminated film keeps intact appearance for long service life;
4. Cost-effective & Labor-saving: Finished board without secondary decoration procedures such as putty plastering and painting, reducing labor cost. It supports convenient circuit inspection inside the ceiling and simple later maintenance.
Universal for both dry and humid ceiling spaces: full flat ceilings of kitchens, bathrooms, balconies and living rooms for residential decoration; large-area ceilings for offices, stores, hospital wards, school classrooms, factory workshops, corridors and duty rooms for commercial projects. It fits simple decoration, clean engineering and general commercial decoration scenarios.
1. Galvanized baked paint anti-rust keels are recommended for installation in high-humidity kitchen and bathroom areas to avoid keel corrosion and extend the overall service life of ceilings;
2. Store boards flatly off the ground, avoid heavy pressure, bending and edge collision to prevent snap edge damage affecting splicing effect;
3. Reserve expansion joints for large-area ceiling construction to avoid deformation caused by temperature difference and ensure integral flatness and beauty.
