The fire-resistant paper-faced gypsum board is a professional flame-retardant functional gypsum board developed for building fire compartment and fire-resistant partition spaces. Improved with incombustible fire-resistant core material and thickened flame-retardant facing paper, mixed with special refractory aggregates to enhance fire insulation and smoke barrier performance. Produced in strict accordance with national standard GB/T 9775, it meets national building fire acceptance standards, which is an essential fire-resistant ceiling and partition board for construction projects.
Made of high-purity desulfurized gypsum as base material, the core is mixed with glass fire-resistant fiber, inorganic refractory aggregate and high-temperature stabilizer. It is non-combustible, non-dripping and non-toxic fume releasing under high temperature. Double-sided thick red high-strength flame-retardant facing paper is adopted with high-pressure integrated bonding, avoiding delamination and fragmentation under high temperature. Standard wedge-shaped edge ensures seamless fire-proof joint after construction. Adopted fully automatic closed production line, the board features uniform density and stable fire resistance.
Standard Size: 1220mm × 2440mm; Common Thickness: 12mm, 12.5mm, 15mm, 18mm thickened board for grade-A fire partition. Customized non-standard sizes available for engineering projects.
It is easy to cut, perforate and shape, matched with special fire-resistant light steel keel for dry construction, which complies with standardized fire-proof construction process.
1. Superior Fire Resistance: Class A1 non-combustible inorganic building material. The gypsum core contains crystal water, which releases steam to isolate high temperature and block flame spread. The fire resistance limit of 12.5mm board ≥40 minutes, and 15mm board reaches 60 minutes, meeting building fire acceptance requirements;
2. Eco-friendly & Safe: No formaldehyde added, no toxic gas or molten drop released under open fire, low-smoke and harmless to human body, ensuring safe evacuation in fire accidents;
3. Stable Structural Performance: High board density, strong impact resistance and excellent nail holding power. It will not crack, collapse or deform under high temperature, with good sound insulation, heat preservation and humidity adjustment performance;
4. Strong Construction Adaptability: Smooth and delicate surface, compatible with fire-resistant putty, fireproof latex paint and other finishing materials, matching complete fire-proof partition system construction.
Applied to indoor dry areas with fire protection requirements: office building fire partition, shopping mall fireproof ceiling, hotel corridor partition, school machine room, hospital fire ward, underground equipment room, elevator shaft cladding, pipe shaft plugging, factory fire compartment partition and other fire-needed engineering areas.
1. Fireproof matching accessories such as fire-resistant keel and fire stop sealant shall be used for integrated construction to meet fire inspection standards;
2. Keep boards stacked overhead indoors, avoid outdoor long-term sun exposure and damp erosion;
3. Thickened fire-resistant gypsum board is recommended for high-fire-rating partition walls to upgrade overall fireproof performance.
