The moisture-resistant paper-faced gypsum board is a modified functional gypsum board independently developed by the company. Optimized with upgraded core formula and waterproof facing paper based on standard gypsum boards, it is added with imported organic moisture-resistant modifiers to improve water repellency, moisture resistance and mildew resistance comprehensively. Manufactured in strict accordance with national standard GB/T 9775, it is the preferred special board for ceilings and partition walls in humid indoor spaces.
Made of high-quality desulfurized building gypsum as core material, the board is blended with hydrophobic moisture-resistant factors and mildew-proof fiber to block water vapor penetration and prevent internal pulverization. Double-sided high-density green special waterproof facing paper is adopted with high-strength integrated bonding, avoiding paper-core delamination. The wedge-shaped chamfered edge blocks side water intrusion effectively. Produced by fully automatic intelligent production lines, the finished board features regular size and stable structure.
Standard Size: 1220mm × 2440mm; Common Thickness: 9.5mm, 12mm, 12.5mm, customized non-standard sizes available for engineering projects.
Lightweight and easy to process, the board can be cut, perforated and shaped freely, supporting dry construction matched with special light steel keels to improve construction efficiency greatly.
1. Excellent Mildew & Moisture Resistance: Low water absorption rate, applicable for indoor spaces with long-term humidity of 65%-90%. It resists wall dampness and air moisture erosion, free from bulging, softening, mildew and deterioration;
2. Multi-functional Performance: Reaches Class A2 fireproof grade with sound insulation and humidity adjustment functions. Formaldehyde-free and eco-friendly, safer for indoor living space;
3. High Structural Stability: Good bending resistance and superior nail holding power. Extremely low expansion coefficient after damp invasion, keeping flat surface for long-term use;
4. Wide Decoration Compatibility: Fine and smooth surface, compatible with putty, latex paint, ceramic tile and other surface finishing processes.
Suitable for semi-humid and high-humidity indoor spaces: dry areas of bathrooms, kitchens, balconies, ground-floor rooms with damp walls in residential houses; hotel bathrooms, mall back kitchens, school washing areas, hospital wards, non-waterlogged partition walls in underground spaces. Not applicable for long-term water immersion environment.
1. Cooperate with waterproof primer, sealant and matched waterproof accessories for wet areas to enhance overall moisture resistance;
2. Stack boards overhead away from the ground, avoid outdoor rain exposure and water immersion;
3. Adopt 12mm thickened moisture-resistant gypsum board for full-house damp partition walls to boost wall load-bearing and anti-damp performance.
