As the core basic product of the company, the standard paper-faced gypsum board is mass-produced by intelligent automatic production lines. Made of high-purity building gypsum as core material, bonded with high-strength special protective paper, mixed with environmental-friendly fiber and modified additives for integrated forming. It is a universal base board for partition wall and ceiling construction in indoor dry environments, featured with stable performance and high cost performance, which is the most widely used gypsum board in the market.
Made of high-quality desulfurized or natural gypsum raw materials, through high-temperature calcination, fine grinding, slurry mixing, automatic continuous forming, constant-temperature drying and precision cutting. Adopted ivory-white front protective paper and grey back protective paper, the paper and gypsum core are tightly bonded without delamination. Standard wedge-shaped chamfered edge ensures flat joint after putty filling, greatly reducing cracking risk in later construction. The whole production adopts intelligent online inspection, and finished products fully comply with national standard GB/T 9775 with accurate size tolerance.
Standard Size: 1200/1220mm × 2400/3000mm; Common Thickness: 9.5mm, 12mm, 12.5mm, 15mm, customized special sizes available.
Physical Performance: Light weight, the weight of 12.5mm standard board is about 9.5kg/㎡, only 1/6 weight of traditional brick wall, which reduces overall building load. Excellent nail holding performance, easy to cut, saw, plane and make curved shapes with flexible processing.
Fire Resistance: Up to Class A2 non-combustible grade. The fire resistance limit of 12.5mm board exceeds 30 minutes. It releases crystal water under high temperature to block heat conduction and slow down flame spread, meeting basic building fire protection codes.
Sound & Humidity Control: Porous inner structure provides basic sound insulation, weighted sound reduction index of single board reaches 30-35dB. It can automatically absorb and release indoor moisture to adjust ambient humidity comfortably.
Environmental Performance: Formaldehyde-free and non-toxic volatile substances during production, recyclable raw materials, passed green building material environmental inspection, suitable for residential and commercial indoor decoration.
Suitable for indoor dry spaces with long-term relative humidity ≤65%, not for kitchens, bathrooms, basements and other humid areas.
Residential Decoration: Ceilings, non-load-bearing partition walls, background wall base, pipeline wrapping for living rooms, bedrooms and studies.

9.5mm thin board is preferred for single-layer ceiling base; 12mm and thicker boards are recommended for indoor partition walls and high-height ceilings to improve structural rigidity. Matched with the company’s supporting light steel keel, joint filler and joint tape for integrated construction to avoid long-term cracking of walls and ceilings.
