Strong Corrosion Resistance
Excellent Pitting Corrosion Resistance: Due to the addition of 2% - 3% molybdenum element, its pitting corrosion resistance is significantly improved compared to ordinary stainless steel. It can better resist the erosion of corrosive media containing chloride ions and is suitable for places with high requirements for corrosion resistance, such as marine environments and chemical production.
Resistance to Corrosion by Multiple Media: During the production processes of pulp and paper, as well as when facing marine and corrosive industrial atmospheres, it exhibits good corrosion resistance and can maintain the integrity and stability of the structure for a long time.
Good High-Temperature Performance
High-Temperature Oxidation Resistance: When used intermittently below 1600 degrees Celsius and continuously below 1700 degrees Celsius, it has good oxidation resistance. It can be used in high-temperature environments for a long time without easily suffering from oxidation, deformation and other problems.
Good Resistance to Carbide Precipitation: Its performance in resisting carbide precipitation is better than that of 316 stainless steel. Under high-temperature conditions, it can effectively prevent the precipitation of carbides, thus maintaining the strength and corrosion resistance of the steel.

Good Welding Performance: It can be welded by all standard welding methods. Moreover, unlike 316 stainless steel, it does not require post-welding annealing treatment on the welding section during welding, and can obtain good welding quality and corrosion resistance. This greatly simplifies the welding process and improves the construction efficiency.
Excellent Work Hardening Property: After processing, it has weak magnetism, and is non-magnetic in the solution-treated state. During the cold working process, its strength will be significantly increased, while still maintaining good toughness and ductility. It is easy to be processed and manufactured into various shapes, such as bending and stamping, which can meet the requirements of different engineering structures and designs.
