A: Yes we have many designs and each designs have single button ,dual button ,some have side entry ,bottom entry , and some can have flower printed and some have 3D printing ,you can refer to our select guide table or just contact with us ,tell us your requirement ,then we choose the one suitable for you .

2. Does it include all needed fittings ?
A: Yes We provide whole set products together,including tank body with all inner fittings ,flush pipes and sealed rubber to connect with squatting pan .No trouble for installation 

3.Do your exposed cistern suit with all types of squat pan ?
A:Yes ,the only requirement for squat pan is the fill water hole inner diameter to be 52~58mm (international standard) ,if the squat pan not standard size ,please let us know ,we try ways to solve your problem .

4.Do your exposed cisterns suit with standing floor toilet ?
A:yes our exposed cisterns can suit with standing floor toilet ,either to take place of the original ceramic tank body from two pieces toilet or just connect cistern flush pipe to the standing floor toilet filling hole . 

5. What certifications do we have?
A: Our exposed cisterns have china water-saving certificate .

6. Can you provide the free samples?
A: If you are overseas buyers, we can provide a free sample, but you need to pay the freight .

7. What is the MOQ?
A: In general, up to 50 pcs.

8.Can i get better price ?
A: Yes ,there are different price for LCL,20GP and 40HQ qty .take more qty then with more discount ,pls kindly let us know your purchase qty for us give you the best price .

9. How long is the delivery time?
A: Under normal conditions, LCL just need around 7-10days and 20GP & 40HQ need 20 to 25 days. The first time OEM order as need to confirm all package and logo drawings with both side will need more time 

10. Do you offer OEM service?
A: Yes, but you need provide certification of trademark authorization and trademark registration certificate.

11.Do you offer ODM service ?
A: Yes ,but you need to provide a stable certain annual purchase qty ,and we will charge you mold fee first and return back continually till all fees returned .

12. Is there the risk of leakage?
A: Our fill valves and flush valves are 100% tested and finish products are sampling inspection,the risk less than 0.1% of leaking normally. 

13. How to solve the after-sales problem?
A: we will provide the free after-sale accessories for each shipment of 1% of all the cistern fittings. If some problem with the quality , we would provide spare parts and sent together with purchaser's goods.

14. Does it have the noise avoiding?
