1. What's the MOQ?
One roll for RTS (65 meters). 1000-5000 meters for customized designs.
2. What about sample policy?
A4 size free sample offered. Sample catalog will be charged accordingly. Freight on buyer.
Sample cost will be charged for customized design.
All sample cost will returned once bulk order confirmed.
3. Can you do OEM order?
OEM and ODM orders are all welcome. We have own RD team and could develop based on clients' requests or designs.
4. What is your price term?
Ex-work price for order amount under USD10,000
FOB price for order amount over USD10,000 (Shanghai, Ningbo Port)
5. How to make payment?
Once order confirmed, we issue the invoice&order on Alibaba. You can arrange based on the payment link. Bank transfer or Letter of Credit is also acceptable.
6. What is your sample leading time?
1-2 days package will be ready for stock samples.
7-15 days for customized design sample.
7. How about production time?
3-7 days for RTS (Ready to Ship) products
20-35 days for bulk order based on quantity
8. How to send sample or bulk and how long?
Let's take USA for example,
By express for sample or small order qty 3-7 days
By air for small order qty 10-12 days arrive destination airport
By boat for medium qty 15 days arrive US port. After Customs clearance, package will be dispatched by local UPS
Total about 20-25 days
By boat for container, 20-25 days to arrive US port, then client make the Customs clearance and arrange deliver
