 Metallic embossing composite insulation panel is called Huicheng panel for short, composed by the external metallic embossing panel and thermal insulation materials (or poured foaming). Employing the aluminum alloy panel, steel panel plated with zinc and aluminum and other metallic panels, and with its surface coated with special coating materials of various colors, Huicheng panel is rolled to carry different patterns by special equipments or treated to be of various colors by means of a second coating to satisfy the requirements for appearance of architectural modeling and colors and to reach certain artistic effects, such patterns include the brick pattern, bullet pattern, waterwave pattern, wood pattern, gravel pattern and fine gravel pattern. The thermal preservation and insulation material of panel employs XPS or EPS foams , PU or PIR foams, phenolic aldehyde foams, rock wool, the blanket of glass wool and other materials.
