6.:How to choose the colors?
A: We can offer our available colors or make lab-dips according to clients’ requirements.
7.Q:How about product quality?
A: We have professional QC team to do the inspection in every section during production.
8.Q:Can offer samples or not? What about the fee?
A: Can offer samples, it’s free. But as all the customers want samples, so the express fee will on customers side.
9.Q:What about the payment?
A:(1) For small quantity trying order, we accept you to pay through alibaba.
(2) For big quantity order, we ask 30% deposit before production,70% before shipment.
10.Q:How about shipping terms?
A: It could be FedEx, DHL,TNT,UPS, EMS for samples or small quantity of goods. For bulk, it could be sea shipment.
Air shipment: Fast. But expensive.
Sea shipment: Economy. But slow
