Features and Characristics

The maximum limit is 2.5h. The coating has the advantages of strong adhesion, long durability, thin coating, high fire resistance limit and easy construction. The coating swells rapidly when exposed to fire, and the coating forms a sponge-like thick.

Application Field

It can be applied to the fire protection of various steel components, spherical grids and other load-bearing structures in construction projects

Operation Guidance

The coating is suitable for spraying construction without spraying machine. The coating is stirred fully. The thickness of the first coat cannot exceed 1.2mm. After the coating is dry, the second coat is applied. The thickness of the coating can be increased the coating thickness by an appropriate amount until the thickness of the coating reaches the thickness corresponding to the fire resistance time, 1h once, 1.5h twice, 2h twice, 2.5h twice; feel the coating during construction when thickening, it can be diluted by adding an appropriate amount of water (should not be higher than 5% of the total amount of paint), and it is prohibited to add more, so as not to affect the adhesion and fire resistance of the paint;

the ambient temperature should be maintained at 5 ~ 45°C, the relative humidity should not be greater than 85%, and the air should be circulated. When there is condensation on the surface of the component, it is not suitable construction.

Packaging & Shipping

To be packed in new strong wooden pallets with protective film, labeled with IPPC mark by manufacturers certified by plant quarantine authorities of exporting countries or regions, suitable for long distance ocean/air and inland transportation.
