PRODUCT INTRODUCTION:

TAPN-01 fireproof coating integrates fire-retardant and decorative properties. the coating can quickly foam and expand when it encounters fire, the coating will form a sponge-like thicker fire-proof and heat-insulating layer, so as to protect the substrate from fire , flat and good decorative effect.

APPLICATION FIELD

It can be applied to all kinds of wood, plastic materials, and outside operation processes of ventilation ducts in buildings.

APPLICATION GUIDANCE

1. The surface of the coated substrate reaches a natural dry state, clean and free of oil. If necessary, it must be polished

2. Before coating, fully stir the coating and can choose spraying, brushing or roller coating method.

3. Add appropriate amount of water to dilute when the paint is thickened. It is not appropriate to add more, so as not to affect the fire resistance of the paint;

 4. The amount should not be less than 0.5kg per square meter and the coating should be 2-3times can reach class 1 fire protection requirements
