When the sealing curing agent is applied to the concrete floor, the sealing curing agent will penetrate into the surface through the surface pores, and the penetration depth is usually between 3-6mm. Active silicate will rapidly chemically react with calcium oxide to produce crystalline silica-calcium gel, and this silica-calcium gel is the main component of the final solidification and bonding of hydrated cement into concrete.
1. The silica-calcium network gel fills up the pores of the ground surface, effectively increases the structure density, and greatly enhances the hardness and wear resistance of the concrete ground surface.
2. A large amount of cement and lime that are not fully hydrated on the surface of the ground are greatly reduced, and the problem of dust generation on the concrete floor is completely solved.
3. Greatly reduce the water flow path of the surface structure of the ground, effectively prevent the penetration of water and chemical substances, and improve the ability of the concrete floor to resist water and chemical corrosion.
4. Due to the compactness of the surface structure of the concrete floor, after the concrete floor is subjected to natural friction or sanding treatment, it is easy to produce a higher gloss, which looks brighter and more beautiful.
Sealing curing agents are different from surface concrete sealants that use solvents as a matrix to form a film. The former is a treatment for the surface of the concrete floor, the penetration depth is usually between 3~6mm, as the penetration of the sealing curing agent deepens, the effect of the hardening treatment will become better and better; the latter is only on the surface of the concrete floor The shortcoming of forming a closed film layer is that it is easily worn out under frequent use or heavy traffic. Not only does the damaged protective layer look bad, but the damaged concrete floor is more susceptible to ultraviolet light, water and Erosion of chemicals, etc. Therefore, the sealing curing agent not only protects the surface of the concrete, but also protects the surface layer that it penetrates to a certain depth. At the same time, because it does not form a protective film or a sealing film on the surface of the concrete, it will not be scratched, peeled, or There is no need to re-apply a protective film to print tire marks.
Operation method:
(1) Clean the base surface first, and then use the water milling method to finely grind and level the site. Use a vacuum suction machine to suck up the ground and dry the ground.
(2) Spray the sealing and curing agent A on the ground and spread it evenly with a dust mop to ensure that the ground is sufficiently moist. Fully soak for more than 4 hours, scrub the floor with a scrubber, scrape or absorb the excess A, and dry the floor.
(3) Spray the sealing and curing agent B on the ground and spread it evenly with a dust mop to ensure that the ground is sufficiently wet. Fully soak for more than 4 hours, scrub the floor with a scrubber, scrape or absorb the excess B agent, and dry the floor.
(4) Repeat step 3 once.
(5) Spray the sealing and curing agent C on the ground, spread it evenly with a dust mop, once horizontally and vertically.
(6) After the construction is completed, the ground surface can be used after being dry for 24 hours.
