AMJ: AMJ is a factory for aluminum windows&doors, glass balustrades, located in Dongguan, which is very near to Shenzhen, about 45minutes to the factory, welcome to visit AMJ factory.

2. Q: How to install your windows? Do you have office or agent in local?

AMJ: AMJ knows very well windows/doors installation solutions on double bricks, brick vaneer, steel construction, concrete wall, etc. We have an office in Melbourne, we can assist you for windows installaiton or send our installation team to your job site if needed. For other countries or places, you can email or call at us, we will reply you within 24hours.

3. Q: What's your packages? How do you protect windows not get damaged in transit?

AMJ: AMJ have 2 kinds of packages: Iron Steel Pallet packaging, Fully closed plywood case packaging. PE film to keep windows clean and dry, and rope to fix windows cannot move in the pallet, and we have one box to hold all hardwares together.

4. Q: Can you accept customized service?

AMJ: AMJ can customize as clients' designs, sizes or other requirements, pls feel free to send us your drawings and your requirements.

5. Q: How long guarantee do you provide ?

AMJ: AMJ provide you 5years for windows, 10 years for hardwares and aluminum surface treatment.

6. Q: What payment method do you accept?

AMJ: T/T, Alibaba Trade Assurance, Western Union, L/C and domestic public bank transfer, etc.

7. Q: How long time does it take for your windows production?

AMJ: 25~30 days for standard colors, 35~42days for customied colors.

8. Q: Do you accept quality check authorized by clients or LCL(share container with other products)?

AMJ:Sure, we warmly welcome clients or agents to visit and check, and also we offer LCL services.

9. Q: What's your MOQ for your factory?

AMJ:50 square meters. As if purchase less than 50sqm, and you don't have other products to buy from China together, it will not be economical for you to purchase from China.
