Microthin Stone Honeycomb Panel

Microthin Stone Honeycomb Panel is an engineered stone panel, it is laminated by ultra thin natural stone layer and reforced by honeycomb panel. It can be easily attached to different surfaces, curved or flat with glue or fixxings. The significance of this feature is that it can be processed as easy as tile and cut by portable cutting machine, its light weight also provides advantage of manual handling on construction site or working platform, which greatly reduces the labor cost and time. And it is also widely used for construction and furniture. 

Thickness

Light Weight

As the thickness of stone is from 1mm to 8mm, so the weight per unit is greatly reduced by the thickness,  it is from 7kgs/sqm to 35kgs/sqm with honeycomb backer.  the whole panel in 2 by 4 feets is easily handled by one people. 

High Strength

As the Microthin Stone Honeycomb Panel is laminated with thin stone and high strength honeycomb panel, its testing data on the bending strength is much higher than that of solid stone. 

Flexibility-Curved

Flexibility is the feature that ultra thin stone has.  It allow us to have the bended stone to go with the curved surface without noticed cracking.  There are different levels of the flexibility of stone in different thickness,  the thinner is more flexible.
