Features

Underfloor duct can be ordered in combinations of duct sizes and runs of up to four ducts and in size combinations to provide for adequate capacity in a wide varity of installations.

Safewire underfloor duct is manufactured from brass alloy & stainless-steel and code gauge galvanized steel to provide maximum corrosion protection.

1.Access to the underfloor duct system in order to pull wires or make splices.
2.A method to separate duct runs as they cross each other at the intersection.
3.Junction boxes are avaiable configured with up to four openings on all four sides in combinations to provide for a wide varity of duct applications.
4.Heavy duty junction boxes are available for applications when heavy loads will be placed or rolled over the duct systems. These boxes are constructed with thick coverplates and the boxes are provided with adjustable support studs are required for application.
5. Multiple compartment junction boxes have interior partitions which separate the duct runs in the box and provide a continuous path through the box to the exiting duct runs.Corner conduit feeds are also avaiable upon request.
6.Standard boxes are fabricated from galvanized steel with with thickness mild steel plate.
7.Junction boxes have adjustable cover plate assembies which allow for adjustment upwards permitting accurate leveling to the finished floor.
8.Standard boxes are supplied with adjusting ring to match high preset. Box for use with higher presets require a junction box with a higher adjusting ring to suit the preset height.
9.Junction boxes are available for quarry tile applications.These boxes are supplied with an aluminum ring and pan deep to accept the tile.A series of stainless steel pans and rings are available to accept a wide range of floor finishes.

3.When installing, pay attention to the opening direction,the length of the conductor to the bottom box shall not exceed 10cm,Set aside at least 200mm of cable.
4.When installing and wiring,Product should avoid direct contact with corrosive liquid, gas (strong acid, strong alkali, paint).
5.This product is suitable for dry surface treatment, avoid water flush and immersion, and ensure its insulation.

6.The flooring surface shall be at least level with the ground or 20mm below the ground.

 2)This product must be installed/wired by a qualified electrician.
 3)before installation/maintnance ,ensure the mains supply is switched off and the circuit fuses are removed or circuit breakers switch off.
4)Avoid acid alkaline solution flushing,avoid scratch of transparent protective paint,ensure corrosion resistance.
5)Only for concrete floor.
