1.Are you a factory or trading company?

2. How can I get your quick quotation for my warehouse racking project? 
All the racks that we produce are customized , We will quote you the most favorable prices when we get your detailed storage requirements Special sizes are also available. Please inform us the following information in your inquiry for a quick quotation: 
1)Size of your warehouse, or floor plan (if available), it will be better if you can send us your warehouse layout in AUTOCAD file.
2)How many layers you want.
3)Loading capacity of each layer. (loading capacity ranges from 200kgs to 5000kgs per layer).
4) The size and weight of the pallet (after loading): Height*Depth*Length
5)The weight for each pallet with goods on.
6) )maximum height your truck can reach.

3. Where is your factory located ? How can I visit there? 
Our factory is located in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China.
Only half an hour by express train from Hong Kong or Guangzhou, welcome to visit our factory any time. 
4. What is the raw material of your products?
In general, the raw material of steel code is Q235B. 
Other steels are also available to clients’ requirements.
5.What is the standard sizes for your racks? Could you produce according to customers’ design?
Actually, racks are always tailor made to meet different customers’ storage requirements. However, there are some general sizes of racks for different types. 
7. Are samples available?
A: Yes. Short sections of samples can be provided, they are free of charges, but international courier charges are at the clients’ expenses.
8. Which sea port will be as departure port?
A: Shenzhen Port of China or Guangzhou Port of China is the closest port to us.
9. What is delivery time?
A: Generally, it is 15 days, for larger order (for example 10 pcs of 40ft containers) need 25 days.
10. What is the term of payment? 
A: In general, 30% T/T deposit and balance to be paid before delivery.
11. May I know the status of my order?
Yes .We will send you information and photos at different production stage of your order. 
12. How to install the shelf if I buy product from your company, but I am abroad?
We provide relative installation drawings and instructions for any customers before delivery,to help you easily understand how to operate. If needed, we could also send our engineers to guide your workers. It is not difficult to install racking system, do not worry.
