Q1. Are you a factory or a trading company?
A1: We are factory for faucets and shower products together with supporting accessories.
Q2. What’s your MOQ?
A2: Our MOQ is 100pcs.Also, we do accept less quantity at the beginning of our cooperation so 
that you can test our products before normal order.
Q3: How about the packing and shipping?
A3: Normally, we have carton and foam for packaging. If you have any other special requirements,
please feel free to contact with us.
Q4. What kind of product certification do your factory have?
A4: CE,ACS,WRAS,ISO9001,SABER
Q5. How about the delivery time?
A5: In general, the leading time is around 25 to 35 days. But please confirm the exact delivery 
time with us as different products and different quantity will have different leading time.
Q6. What’s your guarantee? 
A6: For faucets, we have 3-5 years quality guarantee. If any quality problems arise from our side, 
we will do the replacement.
Q7: How to get a sample?
A7. Sample order is acceptable. Please contact with us and confirm which sample do you need.
Q8. Can you produce according to customers’ design?
A8: Sure, we have our own professional R&D team to support you, OEM & ODM are both welcome.
