1) Packing

We use the classical packing method. Altogether 8 layers of protective material from inside to outside. 

2) Shipping 
Most of our sculptures are delivered by ship because of its lower cost which usually takes 15-25 days to reach most countries in the world. To protect our customers' interests, we buy all-risk insurance for all our sculptures

3) Terms of Payment

10% paid as an advance payment and 50% paid after clay mold is finished, the balance should be paid after the buyer's inspection before shipment

Question5: Are you sure the packing will be excellent? If damage happens during the transportation who will be responsible for that?
Answer: Yes, we ensure that our packing is safe enough. We use strong wooden crates and metal strips for outside packing. Inside, we use shockproof plastic film to protect the products. In addition, we will buy "all risks" insurance as per your requirement. In the case of damage happens, you will be compensated by the insurance company. If the damage occurred due to the fault of packing, our company will take full responsibility, and we will send you a new bronze large group of horses sculpture.
