Q1: What's the industry development of your factory?

A: Our factory has been specializing in this area for over 10 years with 8 years exporting experience.We export to many countries around the world.Europe is our largest market,which is the first market that we  developed.

Q2: Can I get samples? How long is the samples lead time?Do I need pay for it?

A: We can offer free samples for the new idea of old customers.For new customers,sample charge is required,which can be returned once you place an order.Therefore sample is free of charge.

Q3: What is the MOQ?
A: No MOQ for normal products.It will be a chance for our customers to expand their markets.

Q4: How long is the production lead time ?
A: Usually a 20GP need 25days ,a 40HQ needs 30days and two 40HQ need 45days.But if it is an urgent order,we will try our best to reduce the production lead time.

Q5: How about the payment  method?

A: T/T will be the best ,but it is ok if you want to pay in another way.
