Yes, sample orders are always welcome and there is no MOQ request for a sample order or trial order.

100pcs for most items but for new client, less quantity is also welcome as trial order.

Yes, we can laser print customer's logo on the product with the permission and authorization letter from customers.

4.How is your factory production capability?
LESUN factory has a Full production line including Gravity Casting Line, Machining Line, Polishing Line and Assembling line.We can manufacture productsup to 60000 pcs per month.

5. What's your payment method and payment term?
Payment method: T/T, western union, online payment.
Payment terms: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment for big order.
It's suggest 100% payment in advance for small order less than 1000USD in order to save bank charges.

6. What's your production time?
We have spare parts stocks for most items. 3-7days for sample or small orders, 15-35 days for a 20ft container.

7.How can I visit your factory or office?

8.How to pay with visa & master card:

a. Please create a personal buyer account before you buy from alibaba.

b. Write your email address, when place an order.

c. Go to your email and click the link, "Send Initial Payment/Pay Balance" or "go to pay ".

d. Then choose "+Add a new card to pay in USD($)".

e. Fill in the back card information, "Confirm and Pay", that charge from your card directly, place an order successfully.
