1.Can I visit factory? Can your factory arrange transportation for me?
My dear, it is our pleasure to invite you to visit our factory. Our factory is based on Shuikou Town, Kaiping City,Guangdong province, which will take about 2 hours by bus from Guangzhou city to our factory; one and half hours from Foshan City to our factory. We can arrange our driver to pick you up from your hotel when you arrived in Guangzhou City or Foshan City.
2.Can your factory print our brand on the product?
Our factory can laser print customer's logo on the product with the permission from customers.
Customers need to provide us a logo usage authorization letter to allow us to print customer's logo on the products.
3.Does your factory have the design and development capabilities, we need the customized products?
The staffs in our R&D department are well experienced in the faucet industry, with more than 5 to 10 years experience. Every year, we will launch 2 to 3 new series to keep out customers in a competitive stage. We can make customized products especially for you; please kindly contact us for more details.
4.Is your factory able to design our own package and help us in market planning?
We willing to help our customers to design their package box with their own logo. We have a design team and a marketing plan design Team to service our customers for this.
5.Can your factory produce the low-lead faucet?
We also can produce the low-lead faucet according to your requirement of lead content.
6.What is the standard production time for each order?
We can finish order 5-15days it depends on your quantity.

Packing & Delivery
Usually, All products will be packed by brown color box without logo outside and Inner packing is with cloth bag ,and the outside carton is five layer thickening export carton in order to ensure all goods safe and no damaged delivery from China to customer Country . Such as the pictires below.
Usually sample or trial order will be shipped by DHL /FEDEX /UPS /TNT/ E-EXPRESS, it takes 5-7days to deliver.
