Samples
Q1: How long could I get samples?
A: Usually it will take 10-15 days to make the samples. There will be samples charge and express freight costs. We'll start to make the sample after receiving the sample costs.
What kind of payment terms are accepted?
Q2: Can I get sample based on our design?
A: Yes. We do OEM product for our customer. We need to confirm the design with details. We will start for the sample after getting confirmation from you for price and sample charge. 

Production
Q3: When production will be finished after order has been placed?
A: Usually the production will be finished in 15-30 days according to the quantity after receiving your deposit payment.
Q4: What is MOQ?
A: We keep stock or daily production for some of our common items. MOQ usually be 5 pcs for these items. But for others you can find MOQ in details of products page. For OEM products, we need to confirm after getting the design.

Payment
Q5: What payment term can you accept?
A: 1) TT: 30% deposit + balance with copy of BL.
     2) LC
     3) Other Payment Terms are negotiable on case

Q6: What services I can get from you?
A: 1) Your inquiries will be replied within 24 hours.
     2) Experienced sales to follow your inquiry and give business service.
     3) Just simply inform our staff item numbers (or link) of the items you are interested in and we will prepare detail quotation for you. Proforma invoice will be issued once order is confirmed and production will be started once advance payment is finalized.
