Packing method:

We have a range of professional and safe packing methods for our products.

1. For some small iron lamps, the packing is more simple, it's usually packed with plastic bag, EPE foam and K mark 5-layer carton or a double overturned carton.

2. For fragile items, such as glass lamps, resin lamps, aluminum lamps etc, which have a higher requests for the packaging, that must be plastic bag, molded foam and K mark 5-layer carton, some items may be reinforced with paper corner protector or plywood strips.

3. Sometimes customer request to pack with pallets.

Shipping service: 

We always take FOB, CFR, CIF trade terms for FCL order. While EXW for sample order and LCL order, in this way, you can pick up the goods from our factory or we send the goods to your named place with delivery cost prepaid or collection.

DDP and DDU are acceptable, especially for small order that send via express.

Q: What's the quality of your products?

A: We only offer high quality products, unless customer request to make inferior quality with low price. We always select superior materials instead of poor quality materials other suppliers used. As a large company, we're different from those small workshops without professional management, our workers are trained strictly and each has over 3 years' experience in lighting industry. Indeed, each worker can be said to be a quality inspector. Meanwhile, our certified QC will supervise the entire production process ensuring every product is of the highest quality and has absolutely no imperfections. A good product can be easily reflected from its materials, finishes, workmanships, details and packaging.

Q: What's your product guarantee?

A: We provide a two-year product guarantee covering manufacturing faults and material defects. That does not apply to goods that have been altered by the user in any way. If a replacement due to a warranty claim is necessary, replacement goods can be mailed directly or shipped together with new orders. Be assured that we always attempt to solve your claims as efficiently as possible.

Q: What’s your payment terms?

A: We offer a variety of ways of payment, usually for full container order, we take bank transfer (T/T), or L/C at sight; For small order or sample order, T/T and PayPal are both acceptable. For order value is less than US$500.00, we always advise customer to pay via PayPal which is cheaper than T/T. We also accept payment via credit card, but in this way, the order should be placed via our alibaba store.

For order value more than US$6000.00, it's 30% as deposit and balance before delivery, while full payment for order less than US$6000.00. 

Q: How can I place an order?

A: Contact us for requesting a wholesale price, please just fill your order quantity, favorite color, then send back to us, we will make a pro forma invoice for your reference. If you need us to arrange the delivery for you, remember to offer us your nearest sea port and airport for getting the best delivery costs. After everything is confirmed, you can make the deposit and we will arrange your order into production. When order is ready, we will send all inspection pictures to you for balance transfer, and finally send the goods to you or you pick up from our factory.

Q: Can I negotiate the Prices?

A: Yes, we may consider to provide discounts for customers who place LCL orders, for bulk order of single item, we can offer much lower price.

Q: What's the lead time?

A: It depends on order. For FCL order (20ft, 40ft, 40HQ), average lead time 30 days. For LCL order, the lead time is always in 20 days. Items in stock, usually can be delivered in 5 days. Please contact with us before placing an order.
