Packaging & Shipping

Packing method:

We have a range of professional and safe packing methods for our products.

1.For simple and light products, we normally put the lamp in a transparent plastic bag and wrap with EPE(Expanded poly ethylene) foam.

2.For heavy lamp, glass lamp or other fragile lamps, we use forming foam at 8kgs per cubic. We will consider the situation to reinforce the strength of the packaging with adding paper corner protector, plywood case or plywood strips case.

3.If you have your own packing way, you can send us a sample or pictures, we can customize as your sample, but the extra packing charges will be on buyer’s account.

4.Special LOGO printing is available with a minimum request of 30 pcs each item.

Shipping service:

Normally, for sample order and LCL order, we take EXW delivery terms, if your warehouse is near to our factory, we can send the goods freely for you. Or you can arrange pick up by yourself. 

For FCL order, we take FOB, CNF, CIF or EXW. If you want us to arrange the shipping for you, we are pleased to get the best shipping price for your reference. Our nearest sea port Shenzhen, can reach most sea ports worldwide.

FAQ

1.How can i place an order with you?

Please contact our customer service team at info@espadainteriors.com, we will send you our quotation sheet, and please just fill your order quantity, choose materials and favorite colors of each your interested item, and send back to us then we will make a pro forma invoice for your confirmation. For sample order , the prices will be recalculated, but we will refund the sample costs to you in your subsequent order.  

2.Can I negotiate the Prices?

Yes, we may consider discounts for multiple container load order (mixed products) or bulk order (individual product). 

3.What is your minimum order quantity?

We will send you our e-catalogue, from where you can see the minimum order quantity (MOQ). But we have only a few items have MOQ requested. 

4.What is your minimum order requirement?

We expect it’s a 20ft container. As we are manufacturer, the more you order, the better prices you have. 

Sample order and LCL (less than container load) order are available, but the prices would be much expensive than our wholesale prices. For sample order, we will refund the sample costs to you in your new orders.

5.what is the production time?

It depends on the size of your order. For FCL (full container load) order, it takes up 4-5 weeks. For LCL order, the lead time is 2-3 weeks.

6.How can I know the progress of my order?

After we receive your deposit, we will put your order into production immediately and notice you via email at the same time. You will be kept informed of the production progress. When the order is finished, we will inspect each item carefully before packaging. The detailed inspection pictures of the order will be sent to you for your reference before delivery. Once you confirmed, you can pay the balance and then we will arrange the shipping for you.

7. Do you have any stock products?

We don’t make stocks specially. Each order is newly made. Sometimes there have some items left from full container load order, we will keep these items in our warehouse for their subsequent order. If you need urgently, we can sell them to you.

8.What is your method of Packing?

The item will be wrapped with bubble bag. The legs and corners will be specially protected with hard cardboard, high density foam, EPE foam, EPS (Styrofoam) or molded Styrofoam.

9.What about the warranty?

All of our products have 1 year quality guarantee starting from the shipment. Our quality controller will monitor each product during the production process and inspect carefully again when they finished to make sure without any problems.

10. How do you handle the claims?

For any defective or damaged items you get, we request you to send us detailed pictures of the problematic item, pictures of the entire packing box and the shipping mark on the box. We will send free replacements at our cost. If the whole item is useless, a new replacement will be sent to you along with subsequent order. 

11. What is your delivery terms?

We always quote FOB prices for FCL order. While EXW prices for sample order and LCL order. 

CNF (cost and freight) and CIF (cost, freight and insurance) are also workable if your request.

12. What’s your payment terms?

We accept T/T and L/C payment terms. For small amount, you can pay via Paypal.

13. How much will the shipping charges be?

It also depends on the size of your shipment. Please tell us your order quantity and your destination sea port or airport, we will figure out the shipping freight and transport time for you.
