1.is it possible to install standard European mechanism for water pouring?

  yes , it is possible. and the difference is only: you need purchase the flush system which is specially for European tank, and you can also entrust it to us.

2.is it possible to get the toilet sample with no breakage?

 yes, we can arrange the sample dispatch with high efficiency by air and no breakage with standard export package fumigation-free plywood.

3. what's the distance(mm) of roughing in - the distance from the toilet drain pipe center to the wall available?

  actually, our usually two piece toilet is with S-trap 200 and 220mm roughin in  and P-trap 180mm roughing in; and one piece toilet with S-trap 300 and 400mm roughing in;

  we now have launced one type "two piece toilet" with model number ZZ-O8001,the distance of toilet drain pipe center to the wall can be changed accoding to your request, 100mm,200mm,300mm ..... and so on. if interested, send me an inquiry for more details about this.

4. is it possible for L/C PAYING ?

    Ofcourse, but we accept the deposit paying ,the balance L/C for the first order.

5. what's your nearest airport and the time-taken?

    Xinzheng Airport

    To visit us, you only spend 1.5- 2.5 hours to xinzheng airport  from Guangzhou China with cost about 900RMB($150) , we will pick you up there.

6. Does your toilet have quality guarantee and how many years of the toilets can be used ?

    To be honest, our toilet can meet CE standard quality, and you can ask for sample from us and to confirm this.

    and in daily use, if no intentional damage, toilet cannot be used until it doesn't exist.

7. does your toilet include the installation fitting, seal ring ,the inlet pipe and inlet valve ?

   usually, we sell our toilet with flush system mechanism, the fitting for toilet bowl and tank, the seal ring , seat cover.  if you also need the inlet pipe, the inlet valve,you only need to inform in advance. we are very pleased to offer a reasonable price for your idea.
