Q1: What are your main products?
A: We are manufacturer and supplier of specializing in sanitary ware , such as ceramic toilet , squat pan W.C, ceramic basin, bathroom cabinet , toilet seat cover and the relative sanitary ware products.
Q2: Can we get your free samples?
A: Yes, you can get our free samples. Our samples are only free for the customers who confirm order. But the freight for express is on buyer’s account.
Q3: Is it possible to add client's logo on the products ?
A: Yes, OEM service is acceptable.
Q4: How long for mass production?
A: Usually, it is 30--45 days after order confirmed and for special project,please discuss with our salesman for further information.
Q5: Can we combine many items assorted in one container in my first order ?
A: Yes, you can. But the quantity of each ordered item should be very close to our MOQ and only maximum 4 items assorted are followed per 20ft container, 8 items per 40ft container.
Q6: What is the normal lead time?
A: Our lead time of most items can be shipped within 30 to 45 days.
Q7: What is your payment term?
A: 1)100% L/C at sight;
2)30% advance T/T, 70% before shipment.
