      Cloisonne, also known as wire inlay enamel, is a unique process that combines copper and porcelain. The production of cloisonne is preceded by the use of copper-made tires, and then a thin flat copper wire is used to stick a pattern on the copper tire, and then filled with a pattern of enamel glazes of different colors. After this process is completed, it is repeatedly sintered and polished gold-plated. It can be said that the production process of cloisonne not only uses the bronze craft, but also utilizes the porcelain craftsmanship. At the same time, it has introduced a large number of traditional painting and carving techniques, which can be considered as a master of traditional Chinese craftsmanship.

Important Notes:
1. Don't use hard objects (nails, knives, keys etc.) to scratch the painted surface;

2. When doing painting cleaning, it is best to use a soft towel soaked in clean water make it dry and gently wipe the dust or use a feather duster to dust gently;

3. Avoid bananaoil(thinner),alcohol, all kinds of acid,alkaline solvents, wipe the painted surface;

4. When doing the process of fixing, don't use any glass glue or stick any adhesive tape on the painted surface to avoid damage to the enamel surface.

A: Seaworthy strong  plywood crates with paper interleave.The crates will be very strong and every loading worker has 10 years packed, loading and  fixation crates with container experience. And we send the loading pictures for you after we loading .

A: Our payment term is T/T 30% in advance ,70% after get the copy of B/L .
If your glass quantity is less or customized, we want to TT 100% in advance .You can payment By T/T, L/C at sight.
 
Q: Can you supply a free sample ?
