Insulating glass:
Insulating glass is made of two or more pieces of glass; a dead space inside the glass is formed by the aluminum frame which is filled with efficient sieve absorbent, the edges are sealed with high strength sealant. Such structure is useful to keep the insulating layer dry and improves the sound proof and heat insulation property of the glass.The effectiveness of insulating glass as an energy saver depends on the features incorporated into it.it not only have the same character with the common insulating glass, but also make the single construction more .So,its widely used in villa doors and windows .
Properties:
1.Energy Saving:It is of outstanding thermal insulating property with heat-transfer coefficient much lower than single chip film-coating glass, the K value is 1.6-3.1w/mm.k.
2.Noise Reduction:It is of excellent sound insulating property, can reduce a lot outdoor noise into room through window by 30-40DB and traffic noise 80DB to 40DB.
3.Thermal Performance:The heat insulation performance of the hollow glass is by far the perfect in all glass processing products,in can effectively reduce heat transfer coefficient U value, if it is charged with inert gas such as neon,argon,helium,it can further reduce the heat transfer coefficient significantly.
4.Optical Performance:According to the requirement, the hollow glass substrate can be chosen from different products and combine flexibly, to achieve the required sunlight transmittance and reflectivity.
5.Lightweight:Given the same heat insulation effect, using the hollow glass to replace part of the brick or concrete wall can reduce the building load, simplify the building structure.
Application:
