Manufacturing Technique

Production processes:

Laminated glass is a type of safety glass that holds together in case of accidents. It is simply made by sandwiching layers of PVB or structural interlayer material in between two or more glass layers. High temperature and pressure are applied in the process to eliminate air bubbles from the glass layers forming a tough seal. The glass is thus strengthened enough to resist stress. In case of breakage, the sharp pieces which cause fatal injuries are held together forming ‘web like’ patterns.

A: You can choose PVB or Polyvinyl Butyral laminated glass for the interior , and EVA or ethylene-vinyl acetate for a clearer lamination for the outdoors.Q: How about the package? Are they safe? A: Our Glass use the seaworthy strong plywood crates, with angles and corks protecting. The crates will be very strong and every loading worker has at least 5 years packed experience. Also loading pictures will send after loading finished.
