Manufacturing Technique
Shenzhen Dragon Glass laminated toughened glass is using super flat & spotless tempering machines to guarantee the flatness and uniformity of toughened glass, and then with using pre-press process, with trictly controlling the process making sure no overstep occurs, then put into the autoclave, under high pressure and high temperature for about 6 hours. Thus making the lamination permanently bond together. Below is brief view of our production process.
