Manufacturing Technique
Shenzhen Dragon Glass tempered glass is produced by cutting the raw glass into the final sizes and then do the edgework. After that, the edgeworked glass is placed into the tempering machine, enduring around 700 degree temperature and then cool down rapidly using strong wind jet. Thus forming a very strong pressure on the surface of toughened glass whereas the interior still in tension.

Tempered glass has 5 times higher strength than normal glass, but that doesn't mean that the tempered glass is unbreakable, if under extremely high impact, the tempered glass will break too. but this is rare, normally toughened glass will endure > 95Mpa impact.
No, tempered glass is not able to be futher cut or grinded. So you have to check your final size before placing the order.
Yes, usually the frosting process will be done before the toughening.
