We adopt the advanced technology of coating before tempered, and have 7 color series. Colors and light transmittance can be made according to the customer's needs. Customers' can further process the products, such as: edge grinding, hole opening, hot melting, tempering, etc., our glass  has become a model in the industry, leading in safety and environmental.

• Coating no damage after 200 hours of 20% acid immersion & 200 hours of 20% alkali immersion. Anti-oxidation.

• Can resist high temperature up to 850℃

• Coating before tempering, no color fade or blackening

• At least 10 times strengthened than regular glass, tempered safety glass, 10 years warranty

• Can do any color, any curve shape, 0-60° glass transparency adjustable

Quality Control (Key Steps):
1) Material: 
    When raw material arrives the warehouse, our QC and PMC will inspect the material, size, color,

    craft together.

2) Other Production Departments (Color Printing Dep, Glass Cutting Dep, Paving Dep.): 
    Production workers inspect by themselves firstly, then the leaders will inspect 30% randomly.

3) Packing: 
    Production workers inspect all sheets (100% inspection) before putting them into cartons.

4) Final QC: 
    Our QC will inspect 30% of finished goods at random;
    If disqualified rates 10%, will rework all items;
    When rework is finished, will re-inspect 30%, until it's passed.

Any order quantity is welcome. 
But some type of products are high cost that not suitable for small order.

For small amount, usually send by air shipping. 
(DHL/UPS/Fedex) Take 4-5 working days.
For large amount, usually delivery by ship.

6. What glass file format should I provide?
The clear file such as .ai, .pdf, .psd or .cdr format file is the best.

Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
