Tempered Safety Glass is ideal for bolted structural glazing and frameless applications.
n Up to 5 times stronger than normal monolithic float glass.
n No tong marks on the glass as Taiwan Glass adopts the horizontal tempering process.
n Once breakage occurs, the glass disintegrates into small cubical fragments which are relatively harmless to human body.
n It withstands abrupt change of temperature. For example, a piece of 5mm tolerates the temperature variations within the range of 200 degrees.
n Tempered glass should undergo heat soak test to improve safety in use.
n Meets the safety glass requirements of CCC.
n Hail resistant.
