A:Yes. Our factory was founded in 2005 and have over 10 years experiences in this industry. Our products 

are hot sold all over the world with trustworthy quality and competitive price.

Q:2.What’s the scale of your factory?

A:Our factory occupies a total area of 8000 square meters with over 130 workers and 5 professional 

engineering technicians.

Q:3. What are your main products?

A:Uph products , which includes sofas and beds. 

Q:4. Can I choose the color?

A:Yes. We have kinds of colors for different materials such as PU leather, fabric.

Q:5. Can I change the size of product?

A:We have standard size for all products. But we can also make the different sizes per your exact 

requirements.

Q:6. What’s your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A:The MOQ is 1*40 HQ and 10pcs / Color / Model, but you can mix different items to fulfill containers. 

Q:7. Can I buy some samples before the orders?

A:Sorry, we don't support sample service.

Q:8. How long is the Production Lead Time?

A:15-25 days after receiving your 30% deposit.

Q:9. What’s your payment term?

A:30% deposit in advance + 70% balance against the BL copy.

Q:10. What kinds of services you will provide to us?

A:The quality of our furniture can be assured 1 year from the date of purchase which products are not being damaged by any man-made.

Q:11.What is your way of Packaging?

A:We use good quality non-woven bag inside and  reinforced cardboard cartons with clear labeling. Goods

 are economically packed into snug fitting boxes in order to minimize your cost of shipping.

Q:12. Can you give warranty of your products?

A:Yes, our warranty is 3 years, we are proud of our quality since we have Japan QC do 100% online 

inspection.  We would request detailed images of any problems or warranty claims - provided emails with detailed pictures are sent, we will dispatch replacements at our cost to repair the products or alternatively 

supply replacements in subsequent orders.  In some special cases we may turn to a discount as a solution.
