Design Description:
Looking for elevation, roof, other architectural drawings including 3D. Attached images of the proposed drawings is attached. local regulations: Build 6' from boundary, used a Septic tank suck away system. I want a 2 car port on the ground level with leading stairs from within the garage to the second floor/kitchen. Above the garage, hope to get 1 or 2 rooms for guest with a patio Second floor encompasses kitchen, living room, storage, 1/2 bath, pantry, with leading stairs to the 3rd floor and roof top patio Third floor has master suite plus 2 bedrooms with laundry, and mini patio and family entertainment patio Roof as shown 1 area to accommodate solar panels and the other as a patio. Natural light throughout the house is essential. the property should be built within the contours of the slope of the land, with minimal excavation. Proposed furniture and interior designs are a plus, even exterior landscaping. The house should utilize more of the land space from top downwards or closer to the top of the land. Positioning the house slightly more to the right of the property. A pool is not a must. there must be room or turning space at the front. maximum utilization of space for storage etc. Roof can be of concrete. I intend to use solar generate electricity A great addition would be a glass enclosure at the 3rd floor in the laundry area for clothes drying. Please use engineering skills and talent to include and recommend safe, sustainable and cost effect methods and materials in the drawings.
