1. I need someone to design / make a plan for my dream home. I want it to be open space layout, 3 bedroom + a den or office. Everything is just in the same level (ground floor). I want the design to be like modern farm-house concept but timeless / classy design. I want the prevailing color motif of the entire house to be lavender (lighter shade of purple), white and light wood color. I want it to have a high ceiling to make the space not feeling cramped/crowded. 2. I want to have an open concept where the kitchen is connected to dining which is also near the living area. If possible, I want to have a lot of natural light so a lot of windows and/or floor to ceiling windows / cathedral windows would be nice to bring in more light. I want the dining area to have direct access to the deck/backyard porch to have an indoor/outdoor connection feel. 3. I live in Saskatchewan, Canada so it is necessary to have a basement. So I want to have a furnished basement as well and make it a walk-out basement, wherein you can have direct access to the backyard/garden. 4. It would be nice to have an attached wide 2 car garage where two trucks can fit. The garage must have a direct access to the house to make it easy when hauling groceries, or leaving your winter jackets and boots in the mudroom area. 5. The backyard can have a deck where we can have barbeque on summer or hang outside for bonfire on a winter day. 5. The master’s bedroom must have an ensuite toilet and bath (with shower and soaking tub), and have a walk in closet. 6. I want the main entrance of the house have a nice welcoming foyer, and where there is an easy access to the office or den. 7. It would be nice to have a wrap around porch or deck or at least have a porch in front of the house too. Project Budget: 150-200K CAD,Excluding the land and construction here.
