Do you work for estimating the cost with high end building material? I am looking for architectural, interior and basic landscape design for a private permanent home in the Valencia/Alicante region of Spain, planned for 2027. I am still selecting the plot, so the initial concept should be adaptable to its final orientation, views and terrain. The house should be single-storey, approximately 100 m² of total internal living space, with an L-shaped layout creating a sheltered terrace facing the garden and pool. The style should be modern, minimalist and Mediterranean, with a flat roof, clean lines and a grey exterior finish. The interior should include: * Two bedrooms. The main bedroom should be larger than the guest bedroom, with space for a large double bed and a small walk-in wardrobe. * One comfortable bathroom with a bathtub and sufficient circulation space. * An open-plan kitchen, dining and living area of approximately 40–45 m², including a comfortable L-shaped sofa. * A separate utility/technical room and practical storage. * Interior ceiling heights of approximately 3 metres. * An efficient layout with minimal corridor space. Large floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors should connect the living area with the terrace and garden. The main glazing should face the private outdoor space, with limited openings towards the access road. External shading and roof overhangs should be integrated into the architecture. Outside, I would like a 7 × 3 m swimming pool with an understated, natural appearance, a shaded dining/lounge terrace and a green garden with shade trees, an olive tree, palms and selected fruit trees. A roof terrace should sit above the bedroom wing, accessed by an external staircase. I would like two simple pergolas: one on the roof terrace and one at garden level. Both should have straight, minimal lines and match the exterior wall colour. Access around the house and between outdoor areas must remain clear. Summer comfort, acoustic insulation, fire safety and high-performance glazing are priorities. The design should accommodate heat-pump heating/cooling, ducted air conditioning, heat-recovery ventilation, solar panels with battery storage and external blinds or shutters. I am open to suitable construction systems, but do not want a shipping-container house. Please propose a design package including dimensioned floor plans, furniture layouts, elevations, sections, coordinated exterior/interior 3D views, and a basic outdoor layout showing the pool, pergolas and staircase. All drawings and visualisations must match, with realistic furniture sizes and usable circulation. Please specify which editable files are included and how the design can be coordinated with a local Spanish architect for CTE and site-specific .
