All together 10 floor with extended shopping mall in the remaining land Earthquake resistant under ground parking for hotel clients and others outside parking About totally construction area : For the 100rooms 10Floors hotel part the totaly construction area maybe 12,000–17000㎡ this range For the shopping mall part with shops ,supermarket , restaurant , Cinema ,Children's entertainment/support totally construction area maybe in 10,000㎡ 2-3floors . with under ground parking lot 10000sqm totally construction area maybe in 30000-32000sqm . if no include underground parking lot is (22000sqm ) I holp designer can plan for me .
